"Occasionally, we may ask questions during the return process.  This information is used to improve our processes and learn how to make your experience better in the future.  Don't want a bunch of questions? That's fine, just let us know and we will happily issue the refund, exchange, or credit."

How much time do I have? 

  • 30 days to return items if you do not love them, they don't fit, or "Oops, I shouldn't have ordered that" - We've been there!
  • If your items are damaged when you receive them, we need to know within 5 days.  Unfortunately, courier damage can occur.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • We pay for return shipping costs on damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs on items that are not the result of an error by Hinge.

What items qualify for return?

  • Every product we offer is backed by our 30 day guarantee, unless noted otherwise.
  • There may be products that are not returnable due to customization or other circumstances.  These types of products will be clearly labeled as non-returnable in the product descriptions.

Requirements for returns are pretty simple, as listed below.

  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Items must not be altered, laundered, or damaged in any way.
  • Items must be received in unworn resellable condition.
    • NO deodorant / antiperspirant stains
    • NO food / beverage stains
    • NO odors such as smoke or perfume

Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit?
The choice is yours here.  Just let us know how you would like us to process your return.  We are happy to refund to your original form of payment, exchange the item, or give you store credit. 

How do I start my return?
To initiate the return process, please login to your account, locate your order, and click the Return Items link.  If you ever need any help with this process, you can always give us a call or email us.  We want this to be a simple process for you.


Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping to the United States.  We plan to broaden our shipping zones in the near future. We are sorry if this inconveniences you.

We make every effort to ship your items within 1 business day of your finalized order, excluding holidays.

Our shipping costs are very simple, as you can see.  Most of the items we offer qualify for the simple shipping rates that you see here.  If the item does not qualify, it will be clearly stated in the description of the product.
